On your behalf, and included within the package price, we will:
Prepare scorecards with with players names, handicaps, tee times and competition format
Meet your guests and check their handicaps
Conduct a welcome briefing about the course, timings, competition and scoring
Be a starter on the tee, ensuring a smooth start, along with advice for your guests
Issue and collect scorecards from all players
Check all scorecards and produce a comprehensive results sheet
Prepare on-course competition markers with your company logo

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, and based on a minimum of 20 people playing Monday - Thursday
Booking Information
To confirm your golf day a deposit of £10 per person must be paid to Donnington Valley Golf Club. Full payment will be due within 14 days of the invoice being sent out to credit application. Please refer to your booking contract for full terms and conditions.
