Welcome to the Men’s section of our website

Naturally, all men belong to this section of the Club and may also be eligible for the Seniors and Scratch sections (use the links to find out more about those).

In addition to the Club Competitions the men’s section provides opportunities for members to play matches against other local clubs. These matches comprise six pairs playing four ball better ball usually on Saturdays. Other matches are arranged for mixed teams usually on Sundays. The Vice Captain is responsible for organising the matches and selecting the teams. See the Men’s and Mixed section of the notice boards for upcoming matches and put your name down if you would like to play that match. The matches (both home and away) include food for which a charge is made. These are good social occasions where you will meet other members of the club as well as players from other local clubs.

For further details do not hesitate to contact the Captain or Vice-Captain. We would especially welcome contact with new members to ensure that they are getting the full benefit of their membership at the club.

The Match on Saturday (last in this year) was against Hennerton G.C. played
at Donnington.

12 men per team, it was a great day they arrived to find the course in great
condition.

The result was a good win for Donnington:
