Martin Balfour -Head Professional - Do you find your self repeating the same bad shot?

 

This simple technique will help you to stop ‘hitting the same tree’ every time you play, or ‘always hit the ball in the pond at the 4th.’

You have to use basic visualization techniques to over come this problem, pick a target in the distance that you want to hit the ball towards, aim at that point ( make it as small as you can see!) Now settle over the shot, glance at the target, glance at the ball, think of the target and swing.

Any random negative thoughts will always have a negative effect on you shot, think only where you want to go, NOWHERE ELSE and you will find you bad shots disappearing.
